An arbitration practice.
Lex Aura's founders began with commercial arbitration: contracts, disputes between companies, awards that had to hold up abroad.
Arbitration taught us one habit: treat every paper as if a tribunal will read it one day. We bring that habit to every residence file, every company and every contract.
Since 2019
Lex Aura's founders began with commercial arbitration: contracts, disputes between companies, awards that had to hold up abroad.
Clients asked for help with more than disputes. They needed companies, residence cards and contracts in a new country. The team began work in Armenia to meet them there.
Lex Aura opened as a law firm and arbitration center on Nairi Zaryan Street, with residency, company formation, contracts and arbitration in one team.
A multilingual team of lawyers, arbitrators and advisors, serving founders and investors from many countries in Farsi, English, Armenian and Russian.
