Usually yes. Spouses and children can apply on the ground of family ties with you. We prepare their files with yours so the dates line up.
We read the reasons and tell you the options. In most cases you must wait one year to apply on the same ground. For some refusal grounds you can apply again once the cause is gone.

Most business contracts are valid with signatures alone. Some deals, such as certain property transfers, need a notary. We tell you before you sign.

Small companies under AMD 24 million a year can use the micro-business regime with no profit tax and no VAT. Larger tech companies in the high-tech registry get other support from 2025, such as a lower turnover tax and payroll refunds. Which one fits depends on your size and activity.
Tax is held back when the company pays a dividend. The rate depends on who receives it and on any tax treaty with their country. We check the treaty before the first payout.
Armenia has about 50 double tax treaties, including many European countries, China, India, the UAE and Japan. Tell us your country and we check the treaty terms.
